Ms. Fatimah Alsuwayidi is an exemplary director of nursing with more than 15 years of working experience in tertiary setting particularly in the operating theatre. She is known for driving hospital growth, maximizing efficient operation and delivering excellent performance.
Her certification in quality and patient safety and Lean Six Sigma green belt enabled her to lead nursing quality while joining the MODHS as a part-time employee in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department. She successfully collaborated with a team as an improvement champion across all the military hospitals. Her compassion in leading the Hajj Mission served nursing services across all the seven MODHS locations (main hospital, field hospitals, ER and clinics). Ensuring optimal compliance to the standards of care and practice, nursing staffing plans, staff competency and nursing licensure.
Ms. Fatimah holds a master’s degree in public health and her accolades prove her dedication and commitment namely “The Molly Haas Valentine Award” on May 2018 from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, United States. In addition, her academic performance set her apart from her colleagues earning the highest as well as hailed as the most outstanding clinical performance on 2011 – 2012 from Prince Sultan Military College, Dhahran.
Her visionary perspective has earned opportunities to lead in the Nursing Department such as quality improvement projects, innovative patient – centered care, efficient staffing plan that paved her way to outperform in the nursing administration domain in the Registered Nurses’ Satisfaction in 2021.
